Teamcenter Engineering 2005 Rich Client for Users
Overview:
This course teaches new users and users transitioning from previous versions of Teamcenter Engineering the skills necessary to be part of the product data management (PDM) process. An understanding of how to navigate around the Teamcenter Engineering workspace is developed first. The user is taught to create and revise Items via the NX Manager CAD tool. The knowledge of the item structure is developed and how those objects relate to each other. The BOM will also be discussed and how it is used. Key topics include: NX Manager NX Rich Client, My Navigator, PSE, Workflow Viewer, CM Viewer, Home folder, User Inbox, Tasks to Perform, Tasks to Track, Find in Display, UGMASTER dataset, Master forms, Item Revision Master, UGPART, UGALTREP, Named References, Wild Cards, New Item, Import Action, Import Number, Action Exceptions, Naming Rule, Structure Update on Load, Display Seed Part Dialog, Add Master Part, Tools | Check-In/Out | Check-Out History, Cancel CheckOut, Item Master, Latest Dataset Versions, Access Control List, Assignment Lists, Process Viewer, EngChange, and Application Manager.
