Overview:
Let i.get.it show you how to make smart assemblies and manage them using essential tools in CATIA. Discover methods of building assemblies that anticipate and minimize the trauma of revision. We'll show you how to control your assemblies at the component level, or at the top level, or even both as the same time! Define and retain design intent by creating constraints and component patterns. Then, take your smart assembly to the next level by using interpart formulae to define parametric relationships between components. Prerequisites:
CATIA V5 R15 New User Express class (or equivalent). For students with no prior assemblies experience, 40 hours of modeling experience is required.
