SOLIDWORKS Motion Fundamentals
Overview:
This course is designed to teach you the fundamentals of creating and running Motion studies for your SOLIDWORKS models, from simple animations to dynamic motion analyses. You will learn what Motion is and what you can do with it, the basic concepts involved in a motion study, how to define contact & friction, CAM integration, motion optimization, and how Motion integrates with SOLIDWORKS Simulation. Note that this course was created in SOLIDWORKS 2015 and is still valid for SOLIDWORKS 2016 as the functionality remains the same.
Prerequisites:
A clear understanding of SOLIDWORKS assembly modeling. An understanding of basic physical principles will be helpful, but is not required.
Intended Audience:
People who want to run motion simulation & optimization studies for their assembly designs.
Course Duration:
4 hrs.
Skill Level:
